Fast Counter is an application for the iPhone and iPod touch that helps you to analyse the results in a bacterial culture experiment. In fact, this application is a particularly fast and efficient bacterial colony counter.
Fast Counter works well for both dark colonies on clear background, and clear colonies on dark background. It gives you the possibility to automatically detect and count colonies in real-time with the «live» mode, as well as to manually and subsequently count colonies with the «photo» mode. For each possibility, the data are labeled and saved allowing a better management of results. Thus, those data can be reach and modified at any time. Finally, you have the possibility to share your results via email and Twitter.
The new 1.1 version of Fast Counter is now optimized for the iPhone 5 screen, and available on the App Store.

Fast Counter est une application pour iPhone et iPod touch aidant à l’analyse des résultats d’une expérience de culture bactérienne. En effet, l’application correspond à un compteur de colonies bactériennes particulièrement rapide et efficace.
Fast Counter fonctionne aussi bien pour des colonies sombres sur fond clair, que pour l’inverse. Avec lui, vous avez la possibilité soit de détecter et de dénombrer automatiquement les colonies en temps réel avec le mode « live », soit de compter les colonies postérieurement et manuellement avec le mode « photo ». Pour chacun des modes, les données sont nommées et sauvegardées permettant une meilleure gestion des résultats. Ainsi, ces données sont accessibles à tout moment et disponibles pour modification. Enfin, vous avez la possibilité de partager vos résultats par e-mail ou par Twitter.
La nouvelle version 1.1 de Fast Counter est maintenant adaptée pour le grand écran de l’iPhone 5 et disponible sur l’App Store.
